Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Manager to drive market success for Moveworks products built on the ServiceNow platform. You will support strategy and solution wins, collaborate with account teams, and coach sales specialists to identify opportunities and execute the full sales cycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of ROI, enterprise sales, AI integration in workflows, and willingness to travel 30-50%; you will align territory plans with value-based selling and cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution wins.
Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/customer service role.
Understanding of business sales processes.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
Travel required: 30-50%.

Responsibilities

Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and execution.
Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy.
Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory and account planning.
Help customers envision the value of digital transformation with partners and teams.
Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap and gather feedback.
Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE to identify specialty opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
Adapt time allocation to territory needs and celebrate successes.
