ServiceNow seeks a customer-facing Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, translating complex business challenges into AI-enabled Moveworks solutions. This field-based role requires collaboration with customer IT teams and internal engineering and product groups.

You will design, implement integrations across systems like ServiceNow, Workday and Jira, and travel up to 25% to engage customers directly and drive adoption of the Moveworks Platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer).
• Demonstrated track record of driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations leveraging REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, ServiceNow Flow Designer), or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang).

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical relationships with 5–8 enterprise customer engagements concurrently.
• Architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform.
• Design and build secure, performant integrations between Moveworks and customer systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to develop customer Agentic AI roadmaps.
• Synthesize customer feedback and drive platform evolution with Engineering and Product teams.
• Generalize successful solutions into reusable templates for internal sharing.
