Job summary

HireArt, Inc. is seeking a versatile Systems Engineer to lead enterprise AI solutions on the Moveworks ServiceNow platform. You will own the delivery lifecycle from discovery to production launch, working with internal teams to onboard new AI initiatives and integrate with existing IT infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on Moveworks experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance architecture with hands-on execution. Hybrid work with three onsite days in Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in a technical role (e.g., Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Architect).
• Recent hands-on Moveworks experience with onboarding, KB ingestion, and integrations.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, iPaaS, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AI agent delivery lifecycle on Moveworks ServiceNow platform.
• Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and vendor teams on rollouts and feedback.
• Maintain and support core IT services, networks, servers, and cloud systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and reliability.
