This role requires deep experience in pre-sales, AI-enabled workflows, and ServiceNow ecosystem familiarity, with travel as needed and a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• 10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborative work with product management, marketing, partners, and services.
• Territory management and sales execution experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert to a client-facing team.
• Lead discovery workshops and deliver product demos aligned to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts for roadmaps and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
• Share best practices and assets to improve team efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.
