You will architect integrations, advise on AI roadmaps, and mentor the team while coordinating across engineering, product, and sales to deliver impactful workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise impact.
• Proven track record driving technical adoption with mid-to-large customers.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows via REST APIs, iPaaS, or scripting.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and operate across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities

• Own primary technical relationships across 3-5 large enterprise engagements.
• Architect and deliver AI-driven solutions using the Moveworks/ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Design secure, performant integrations between platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Okta.
• Advise customers on Agentic AI roadmaps and upskill their teams.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Sales to deliver complex workflows.
• Mentor peers and share reusable templates across the team.
