Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior, customer-facing technical leader to own relationships with 3-5 large enterprise customers and translate complex business challenges into high-impact AI solutions built on the Moveworks Platform.

You will design and implement secure integrations with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, and Okta, while collaborating with engineering and product teams to advance the platform and its capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows leveraging REST APIs and iPaaS tools.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to work across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical relationships with 3-5 large enterprise engagements.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions leveraging the Moveworks Platform.
• Design secure, performant integrations between Moveworks Platform and enterprise systems.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and shape long-term platform strategy.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to align workflows.
