Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT preferred; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Copilot) to enhance analysis and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery (conversations/workshops) to understand objectives and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise trends in AI, workforce strategy, and transformation best practices.
• Travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
