ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Manager to oversee the market success of our Application Security products. Built on the Service Management platform, these solutions create a single source of truth that enables enterprise processes to run with consistent information.

You will support territory strategy, advise account planning, coach sales teams, and partner with customers to articulate the value of digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to transform workflows.
• 7+ years ROI experience in specialty solutions.
• Cyber security sales history preferred.
• Experience as AE or in sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Travel required: 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment and use-case targeting.
• Provide input to AE during account planning based on territory strategy.
• Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory strategy.
• Help customers envision value of digital transformation with partners.
• Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on capability roadmap for feedback.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Adapt time allocation to territory needs and celebrate successes.
