Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software platform, is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead professional services engagements and align delivery with Sales and Product teams. You will manage customer projects from kickoff to steady-state adoption, ensuring value realization and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, FDE, and Product to design campaigns and content, and to drive successful outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical programs or professional services engagements.
• Hands-on time as an engineer or technical PM is a plus.
• Comfortable with both agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Credible with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with AI coding agents and AI-native development tooling.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Run several concurrent customer engagements end to end: kickoff, delivery plan, milestones, status cadence, and handoff to steady-state adoption.
• Build the engagement plan with the customer: scope, sequencing, success measures, and responsibilities.
• Keep scope, timeline, and resources honest; flag slippage early and propose constructive solutions.
• Partner with Sales from the first scoping conversation to ensure what is sold is delivered.
• Lead enablement sessions, address skeptics, and drive usage beyond pilots.
• Track and report outcomes, turning strong results into references and case studies.
• Provide feedback to Product and FDE on delivery patterns and gaps.
