Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software platform, seeks an Engagement Manager to lead professional services engagements and bridge services and sales. You will ensure value delivery, coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, FDE and Product, and drive adoption of AI-native workflows across large enterprises.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and the ability to translate customer goals into actionable programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior customer-facing roles with C-suite and technology audiences.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.
• Owning projects across agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall delivery.
• Strong problem-solving using AI agents and AI-native development tools.
• Excellence in presentation and governance communication with executives.
• High-level orchestration across large, complex initiatives.
• Experience delivering large programs at Consulting/SI/Software/Cloud vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for large-scale engagements from kickoff through scaled adoption.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and define success.
