Job summary

New Amsterdam Technology & Business Ventures is seeking a Sales Engineer for AI security infrastructure on the US East Coast with remote work. The role focuses on proving platform effectiveness and safety to CISOs and security architects during technical validation.

You will lead the technical evaluation lifecycle, deliver environment-specific demos, and design rigorous POCs while advising enterprise security leaders throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong grasp of Cloud Security, SecOps, SIEM/SOAR, and threat detection.
• Hands-on: read/write basic scripts (Python, Bash), navigate APIs, and discuss cloud architecture with authority.
• Experience with LLM-based products or Terraform is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire technical evaluation lifecycle.
• Run tailored, environment-specific demos.
• Design and execute rigorous POCs with unambiguous success criteria.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to enterprise security leaders.
