Job summary

Invoca seeks senior and staff engineers to own critical stages of the engineering lifecycle across domains such as reliability, security, data, quality, and delivery. You will define what great looks like and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, establishing safe, observable processes to scale engineering leverage.

Qualifications

• Senior and Staff level engineering roles with deep expertise in your domain and a track record of impact in production systems.
• Experience building systems, tools, or practices that improved speed, quality, or safety.
• Curiosity about AI and agentic workflows with practical application of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own an outcome across your engineering domain, defining success metrics and ensuring measurable impact.
• Identify AI-enabled improvements in reliability, security, data, quality, delivery, or architecture.
• Build shared practices, tooling, or platforms adopted broadly across teams.
• Translate technical decisions into business terms and partner with leadership to prioritize work.
