Job summary

Qualifications
- World-class presentation skills and ability to articulate tech at executive, business and technical levels.
- Experience debugging customer issues and mapping business problems to technical solutions.
- Strong cloud knowledge; familiarity with infrastructure automation like Terraform.
- Experience crafting responses to RFIs/RFPs and engaging with customers during complex evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and technical briefings to customers.
- Directly engage with customers to debug common deployment errors.
- Tie business problems to Harness technology value propositions.
- Lead and drive complex technical engagements to prove platform value.
- Travel within sales territory as needed (remote-friendly).
