Harness, the AI software delivery platform, is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering. You will deliver compelling platform demonstrations, engage directly with customers to debug common deployment issues, and articulate how business problems map to technical solutions.

Qualificações

• Excellent presentation/demonstration skills across executive, business and technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work with customers to debug common errors during deployments.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical value propositions.
• Comfortable delivering product demos that tell a compelling story of platform value.
• Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs and shaping technical evaluations.
• Willingness to travel within a sales territory as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world-class demonstrations and run technical presentations of the Harness platform.
• Engage with customers to diagnose issues and show efficient debugging support during evaluations.
• Articulate value propositions and tie customer business problems to platform solutions.
• Represent the product at field events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Stay current on product changes and engage with engineering to relay customer needs.
