Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States (Virginia) is seeking a senior field-based salesperson to drive new SaaS revenue from a defined prospect set. You will plan accounts, research potential customers, and execute field-based sales activities within your territory.

You will engage C-suite buyers, map relationships across a virtual team, advise on IT roadmaps, and assemble the right specialists to close deals, with a strong focus on AI-enabled workflows and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to understand the bigger IT landscape and our plans.
• Experience promoting a customer success focus in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team across a broad virtual group of resources.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist/resource to bring into a deal at the right time.
