ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to own strategy and execution across AI-powered product experiences. You will shape the roadmap with data-driven prioritization and lead across engineering, data science, and senior stakeholders to align on a shared direction.

This role requires hands-on AI product shipping with concrete tradeoffs and outcomes, not just theoretical knowledge. You will mentor junior PMs and drive execution at scale in a fast-paced AI org.

Formación

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 12+ years of product management experience with AI/data-powered products at scale.
• Strong ability to drive prioritization using product analytics and experimentation.
• Ability to write clear, senior-level strategy, requirements, and prioritization documents.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation across senior teams.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing architecture and feasibility with engineers.
• Mentoring or guiding junior PMs is a plus.
