ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to own a new AI tool suite that optimizes ROI workflows and fixes data readiness for AI. You will lead a high-visibility effort with customers and internal teams, delivering an integrated AI platform experience.

The role requires deep AI product experience, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to mentor others while communicating clear trade-offs and roadmaps to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with AI products/generative AI tooling at a top-tier AI company.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic technologies (LLMs, AI agents) with ownership of LLM-based systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tooling from vision and roadmap to execution and launch.
• Define multi-quarter strategy for core platform components with engineering alignment.
• Consolidate existing toolsets into one cohesive experience and add ROI-focused features.
• Build for the field first with solution consultants and forward deployment engineers.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring product managers and fostering innovation.
• Synthesize complexity into clarity and communicate roadmap priorities to exec and customer audiences.
