Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Gen AI Product Strategy & Operation Senior Manager to shape AI-enabled product strategy and drive key operating initiatives. You will work with cross-functional partners to size markets, plan initiatives, and align stakeholders at the executive level.

You will review business initiatives, track metrics such as revenue and costs, and lead Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning to ensure alignment across product groups and executives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience at top management consulting firms, private equity, investment banks, or strategy & operations at tech companies.
• Expertise in enterprise software/SaaS, ideally AI-related, with a track record of quantitative impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence senior staff and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to own complex projects and operate in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy reviews, market sizing, and buy/build/partner assessments.
• Drive quarterly product reviews, annual planning, and alignment across product, engineering and finance.
• Oversee AI initiatives to grow revenue and improve portfolio efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate customer needs into actionable strategy.
