Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Staff Designer on the AI/ML team to shape the design of strategic AI products handling large data sets. You will think strategically about product direction while hands-on with design work, defining patterns as products evolve and underpinning the team’s foundation.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive end-to-end user experiences, and mentor teams to elevate design practice across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision making.
• 10+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design examples.
• Experience designing for complex data, analytics, or enterprise data tools.
• Ability to produce high-fidelity specifications (designs, languages, frameworks).
• Advocate for design value and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-product initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences.
• Define end-to-end UX strategy, design languages, and frameworks for AI domains.
