Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations, to drive high-impact cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will set strategy, govern execution, and track metrics that influence revenue, market position, and competitive advantage.

You will lead executive cadence, coordinate SteerCos, and leverage AI to boost efficiency, risk management, and decision-making in a fast-changing enterprise software

Qualifications

• 10+ years technical program management experience.
• 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one Tech/Consulting firms.
• Enterprise software/SaaS domain knowledge a plus.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with GTM teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
• Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions.
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate on quarterly reviews, roadmaps, and annual strategy cycles.
• Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management.
• Define and execute go-to-market readiness plans for Data and Analytics products.
• Identify and resolve critical-path go-to-market issues; maintain governance processes.
• Develop and drive Data and Analytics Product Advisory Council activities.
