ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Gen AI Product Strategy & Operation Senior Manager to drive user-centered AI product strategy and align with cross-functional partners. You will own market assessments, annual planning, and operating initiatives while guiding metrics such as revenue, customers, and costs.

You will oversee AI initiatives to drive growth and efficiency across the portfolio, collaborating with senior staff and the Product Management team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar)
• Expertise in the enterprise software / SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space
• Experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence
• Effective communication skills - both verbally and in writing and comfortable in business and technical discussions
• Track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, including the most senior staff
• Collaborative and self-driven
• Thrives taking initiative and multi-tasking in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
