Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Product Manager to own and drive the strategic vision and execution of AI-native conversational experiences across the ServiceNow platform. You will take full ownership of product direction and navigate cross-functional challenges to earn credibility as a thought leader.

Collaborating with Design, Research and Engineering, you will define roadmaps, success metrics, and telemetry requirements while translating customer feedback into priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows.
• 12+ years of software product management experience.
• Proven ability to own and drive product visions end-to-end.
• Expertise in building/converging enterprise-grade AI products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native conversational experiences.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across AI/ML, engineering, design, data, GTM, and CS.
• Turn customer feedback into strategic roadmap priorities and success metrics.
• Represent product strategy to executives and key accounts with clarity and confidence.
