Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Management to own a strategic technology partnership. You will manage the partner relationship, drive GTM execution, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, and Operations to deliver outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate with partner executives, influence internal stakeholders, and shape the partnership strategy in an evolving AI-driven enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an enterprise technology organization.
• Experience with hyperscalers or leading AI/tech partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders and internal Salesforce teams.
• Design GTM strategy of the partnership (sales, enablement, marketing, operations).
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including product launches and GTM activities.
• Communicate partnership strategy and status to executives through well-designed decks and briefings.
