Atlas is hiring Account Executives to drive inbound SMB/mid-market SaaS sales to recruitment and HR leaders across the US. You’ll own opportunities from first conversation to signature, deliver product demos, build account maps, and coordinate with stakeholders to win outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales.
• Experience selling to recruitment/staffing agencies or HR teams.
• Comfortable selling to founders and senior decision-makers.
• Experience in short-cycle SMB/mid-market sales.
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Strong understanding of market and competitive landscape.
• Metrics-driven with clear performance articulation.

Responsabilités

• Own larger inbound opportunities from first conversation through to signature.
• Run product demos and build account maps.
• Develop winning sales strategies and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Hand customer over to Customer Success after closing.
