Job summary

A5 Talent Finders is seeking dynamic, 100% remote Account Executives to join our clients GTM team and manage the sales process from start to finish.

You will engage potential clients across the US, nurture long-term relationships, and demonstrate how our no code AI platform can transform operations while driving a robust pipeline toward ambitious targets. Compensation includes base salary and strong OTE in a fast-growing AI environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience as an AE with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and managing complete sales cycles.
• Skilled at building rapport with clients at all levels, from frontline managers to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out and engage with potential customers across the US.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Identify client challenges and develop customized solutions using AI platform.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline, consistently staying ahead of targets.
• Refine and evolve our sales strategy as we grow.
