EY is seeking a senior Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering across a global technology program. You will build AI agents, automate reporting, and set standards for agentic AI usage with strong Python and Microsoft platform skills.

You will guide cross-functional teams on AI applications, ensure secure, auditable outputs, and collaborate with IT and Information Security to align with firm policy and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership.
• Experience building production Claude solutions, including Claude Code and Agent SDK.
• Design agentic workflows that complete end-to-end tasks.
• Strong prompt/context engineering and repeatable test ability.
• Proven Python automation of document and data workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting with Claude.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing impact and risk reduction.
• Guide teams on applying AI across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption across the function.
• Verify AI output with reconciliations and source-data checks.
