Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Information Security to lead the application of AI engineering within a global program. You will build AI agents and automation using Claude alongside Python, Power Automate, and the Microsoft platform, guiding teams across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.

You will shape standards for AI use, ensure output verification, and drive automation that delivers secure, trusted reporting to senior leadership across the globe.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with production ownership.
• Proven experience building production solutions with Claude and related AI tooling.
• Strong background in designing agentic workflows that complete end-to-end tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation delivering program reporting using Claude.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing impact and risk reduction.
• Guide Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy on where AI should be applied across services.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption practices across the function.
• Verify AI output with source data checks and define stop/escape conditions for agents.
