Job summary

EY Information Security is seeking an Associate Director to lead AI engineering initiatives across a global technology program. You will own the AI agents and automation that produce recurring reporting, using Claude alongside Python, Power Automate, and the Microsoft platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership of production systems.
• Proven experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience designing agentic workflows that complete end‑to‑end tasks.
• Practical prompt and context engineering with testing for reliability and repeatability.
• Strong Python skills for automating document and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation that produce program reporting using Claude and Claude Code.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program, prioritizing work by impact.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI within the function’s services and processes.
• Establish practices for safe, consistent AI adoption across the function.
