Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Associate Director of Information Security to lead AI engineering initiatives across a global technology program. The role focuses on building AI agents and automation, applying agentic AI within Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy, and delivering secure, auditable outputs for senior leadership and regional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership of production systems.
• Demonstrable experience building production solutions with Claude, Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Strong Python, automation of document and data workflows with libraries such as python-pptx, python-docx, openpyxl and pandas; production experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing agentic workflows that complete end-to-end tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate the AI agents and automation that produce the program's recurring reporting, using Claude and Claude Code.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program and prioritize work by impact on risk and efficiency.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI within Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
• Establish practices to adopt AI consistently and safely across the function.
