EY is seeking an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering efforts across a global technology program. You will own AI agents and automation, guide policy-aligned AI use, and ensure secure, verifiable output while partnering with program leadership and technologists worldwide.

With at least 10 years in software or data engineering, you will shape AI standards, build reusable components, and drive resilient automation across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Proven technical authority in AI engineering and production-grade automation.
Experience building production solutions with Claude and related tools.
Strong Python skills for automation of data workflows.
Microsoft Power Platform experience including Power BI and Copilot Studio.
Strong English communication across globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build and operate the AI agents and automation producing recurring program reporting.
Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program.
Guide teams on applying AI within the function's services and processes.
Establish practices to adopt AI safely and consistently.
Verify AI output with reconciliation checks against source data.
