Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering for a global technology program. You will build AI agents with Claude, as well as Python, Power Automate and the Microsoft platform, and determine what tasks an agent handles and how outputs are verified.

This hands-on senior role guides Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy, sets engineering standards and communicates with senior leadership on AI strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership of production systems.
• Strong Python programming and automation experience.
• Experience building production solutions with Claude including Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
• Proven ability to design agentic workflows and verify model output.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation producing recurring program reporting using Claude, integrated with enterprise systems.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program and prioritize work by impact.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
• Establish practices for safe, consistent AI adoption across the function.
• Define how AI output is verified with source data checks at every run.
