EY in the United States seeks an Associate Director of Information Security to lead AI engineering within a global technology program. You will own AI agents and automation that produce program reporting, using Claude, Python and Power Automate, and set standards for AI across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.

The role demands a hands-on, senior technical contributor with extensive experience in production AI, workflow automation and secure design.

Qualificações

At least 10 years in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership of production systems.
Proven production solutions using Claude, Claude Code and related tooling.
Experience designing end‑to‑end agentic workflows and practical prompt engineering.
Strong Python skills and automation of document/data workflows.
Strong English communication and global team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Design, build and operate AI agents and automation that generate recurring program reporting using Claude and Claude Code.
Own the AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing work by impact on risk and efficiency.
Guide Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy on AI usage, determining activities suited to AI.
Establish practices for safe, consistent AI adoption and verification of outputs.
Set engineering standards for AI use and develop reusable components across the program.
Represent the program's AI stance to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
