Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering within a global technology program. You will build AI agents and automation using Claude alongside Python and the Microsoft platform, define where AI drives value, and set standards for safe, scalable AI across the function.

This hands‑on senior role advances reporting to senior leadership, partners with global teams, and champions robust verification, secure credentials, and governance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership.
• Proven production experience with Claude and agentic AI tooling.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI workflows and prompt engineering.
• Strong English communication and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Experience building unattended, secure automation with robust error handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting using Claude.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing value and risk reduction.
• Guide teams on applying AI within the function's services and processes.
• Establish practices for safe, auditable AI adoption across the program.
• Verify AI output with reconciliation against source data and define escalation rules.
