Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering within a global tech program. You will own AI agents and automation building with Claude, Python, Power Automate, and Microsoft technologies to deliver secure, auditable reporting to leadership and regional teams.

You’ll guide teams across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy on applying AI responsibly, establish standards, verify outputs against source data, and advance the program’s automation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software, automation or data engineering with senior ownership.
• Experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
• Designing agentic workflows end-to-end with practical prompt engineering.
• Strong Python for automating document/data workflows and pipelines.
• Microsoft platform experience: Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Graph.
• Production experience with enterprise workflow platforms (Power Automate).
• Track record of automating recurring operational or reporting processes end-to-end.
• Experience handling large datasets and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI agents and automation producing recurring program reporting.
• Own the AI/automation roadmap for the program.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI within the function.
• Establish practices for safe, consistent AI adoption across the function.
• Verify AI outputs, with checks against source data on every run.
• Set engineering standards for AI use and data handling.
• Advise leadership on AI opportunities, costs, risks, and approaches.
• Evaluate new AI tools/models for program value.
• Build resilient, maintainable automation with proper security and logging.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security for approvals and connectivity.
