Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering initiatives, building agentic workflows and automation with Claude, Python, Power Automate and the Microsoft platform. You will guide cross-functional teams on AI adoption, ensure verifiable outputs, and establish engineering standards across a global program.

You will operate with senior leadership, shaping AI strategy and its governance while delivering secure, scalable solutions within EY’s security framework.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership in production.
• Proven production solutions using Claude, Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience designing end-to-end agentic workflows.
• Strong prompt and context engineering, testing for reliability and repeatability.
• Excellent English communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation delivering program reporting using Claude and Claude Code.
• Own AI and automation roadmap aligned to value, risk reduction and efficiency.
• Guide teams on applying AI within services and processes, selecting suitable activities.
• Establish safe, consistent AI adoption practices across the function.
• Define verification for AI output with source data reconciliation on every run.
• Set engineering standards for AI usage, scoping, prompts, testing and data handling.
