Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering.
• Demonstrable experience building production solutions with Claude.
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows and practical prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation that produce program reporting.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program aligning with risk and policy.
• Guide teams on applying AI within Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
• Establish practices for safe, auditable AI adoption across the function.
• Verify AI outputs with source-data reconciliation and checks on every run.
