Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with technical ownership of production systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement agentic AI workflows using modern tooling.
• Strong communication skills to guide stakeholders across a large program.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation producing recurring program reporting using Claude.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, balancing effort and risk across the program.
• Guide Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy teams on AI applicability and safe adoption.
• Establish verification, reconciliation and safety checks for AI outputs.
• Set engineering standards and develop reusable components for AI enablement.
• Ensure secure, auditable AI tooling within firm policy and data handling rules.
