Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering, shaping AI governance and agent-based automation across a global program. You will guide technology assurance teams, set standards, and build resilient AI-enabled workflows using Claude and Power Automate within the Microsoft platform.

You will drive end-to-end automation, ensure output verification, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to minimize risk while delivering business value.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with production ownership.
• Demonstrable experience building production solutions with Claude and Claude Code.
• Experience designing agentic workflows that complete end-to-end tasks.
• Strong Python programming with automation of document and data workflows.
• Clear understanding of enterprise tooling like Power Automate and Microsoft Graph.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing impact and risk reduction.
• Guide teams on where AI is appropriate within Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
• Establish practices for consistent and safe AI adoption across the function.
• Define how AI output is verified with source data checks on every run.
• Set engineering standards for AI use and develop reusable components.
