Job summary

Sharecare is hiring an AI Engineer to drive the transformation into agentic engineering across our healthcare platform. You will own end-to-end architecture for AI-driven care solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and leading the design, deployment, and governance of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/AI/DS/SE/Math or related field.
• 4+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; CI/CD and containerization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for business needs.
• Build and optimize models, analytics, and intelligent automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and security across AI systems.
• Provide technical leadership on AI best practices.
