The role requires hands-on leadership across data, model development, and governance, with 6+ years of end-to-end system ownership. Healthcare data experience is a plus, and remote work is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, data science, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP tools.
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for business needs.
• Build ML models, analytics, and intelligent automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows and processes.
• Maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new AI tech and opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor model performance and orchestrate retraining and lifecycle management.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cloud and infra teams to deploy at scale.
