Job summary

Gametime United is seeking a remote Sr. AI Engineer for CX to join our Ops teams. You will design production-grade, agentic workflows that automate fan issues, refunds, and seller risk monitoring, while coaching non-technical teammates to adopt AI tools.

You’ll embed AI capability across Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops and ship impact quickly. In this role you’ll work with SQL, Rust, Go, and AI tooling, building scalable automation that lowers resolution times and improves fan satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical operations or software engineering experience, with at least 1 year building production LLM or agentic systems.
• Experience building tools used in production by non-engineers, not just internal dev tooling.
• Ability to translate domain knowledge from non-technical stakeholders into technical requirements and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations across Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops.
• Design and build agentic workflows that automate high-value tasks, including AI-assisted responses and refunds.
• Integrate with Gametime data systems to create scalable tools for fan experience.
• Build user-friendly tools and interfaces for non-technical teammates, including Slack-based tools.
• Coach operators on AI tool use, and drive adoption across the team.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from design to production, monitoring, and iteration.
