Job summary

BILL is shaping the future of financial automation by building AI-enabled CX workflows and scalable automation across multiple channels. You will join a founding team to design architecture, workflows, and internal tools that improve operational efficiency and visibility for leaders.

You will partner with CARE leaders, QA, Advocacy, and WFM to automate and validate AI-driven processes, ensuring reliability and measurable impact for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or CX/support tooling.
• Data modeling or analytics background (dbt, Redshift, Trino).
• Experience building tools for non-technical end users.

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational workflows across Slack and Salesforce at scale.
• Flag stalled handoffs, aged cases, SLA breach risks, and duplicate cases.
• Give leaders self-serve access to data and insights with automated BI.
• Build memory architecture for cross-functional agent workflows.
