Job summary

EngineersOfAI is seeking an experienced AI operator & leader for its New York office to oversee AI-powered customer experience strategies. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in office per week while allowing up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.

The ideal candidate will lead the CX Strategy team, ensuring alignment with company goals while managing the enhancement of AI performance across various channels. You will be responsible for developing internal AI tools that improve team productivity and customer interactions.
