Job summary

Gametime is seeking an AI Engineer in Operations to embed AI into Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops. You’ll design production-grade agentic workflows, automate high-value tasks, and coach non-technical teammates to adopt AI tools. The role is hands-on, fast-moving, and focused on tangible impact in resolution times and fan satisfaction.

You will work within an embedded Ops ecosystem, building scalable automations that transform how operators work and how data and AI tools are used daily across the org.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical operations or software engineering experience with at least 1 year building production LLM or agentic systems.
• Experience building and deploying tools that non-engineers use in production — not just internal dev tooling.
• Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders, translate their knowledge into technical requirements, and communicate what you’ve built clearly.
• Demonstrated experience coaching or enabling others — with evidence that people you’ve helped changed how they work.
• Comfort with ambiguity — often working from problems rather than a fixed spec.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations across Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops.
• Design and build agentic workflows that automate high-value tasks (issuetriage, routing, AI-assisted responses, etc.).
• Integrate with Gametime data systems to build fast, scalable tools.
• Create user-friendly tools for non-technical teammates (UIs, Slack interfaces, scheduled agents).
• Coach operators through AI adoption and workflow transformation.
• Scale reusable automations across teams and functions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from design to production deployment and monitoring.
