Job summary

Caylent is seeking a Senior CXE Engineer to lead AI-driven contact center transformations. You will code in AWS and the Claude/Bedrock ecosystem, build Lambda functions, CDK stacks, and React-based tooling, and work with enterprise clients at scale.

You will design flows, implement multi-agent orchestration, manage performance, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security, reliability, and cost effectiveness across production systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong, current Amazon Connect skills and CCaaS experience at enterprise scale.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, and React.
• Experience with serverless AWS architecture and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and conversational experiences using Amazon Connect and Bedrock/Claude.
• Develop Lambda functions, CDK stacks, and admin tooling for contact centers.
• Architect and optimize contact flows, routing, and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and contribute to reusable assets.
