Job summary

Gametime is building a new AI Engineer role within its Operations function, embedding in Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops to create production-grade, agentic workflows that automate repetitive tasks and complex decisions.

You'll work closely with non-technical teammates to translate functional needs into scalable AI tooling, deploy end-to-end solutions, and measure impact on fan satisfaction and resolution times across platforms.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical operations or software engineering with production LLM/agentic systems experience.
Experience delivering tools used by non-engineers in production.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify high-leverage workflow transformations across Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops.
Design and build agentic workflows automating triage, AI-assisted responses, refunds, and risk scoring.
Integrate with Gametime data systems for scalable tools.
Create user-friendly interfaces and Slack-based interfaces for non-technical users.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle from design to production deployment and monitoring.
