Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to guide onboarding and implementation of Outreach's agentic AI platform. You will partner with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, define best practices, and deliver strategic guidance throughout the customer journey.

You will leverage AI to translate discovery into concrete requirements, manage adoption risk, and ensure on-time delivery with budget discipline. Remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, implementation, or related field.
• Proven ability to build trust and drive adoption.
• Proactively use AI tools in client conversations.
• Bonus: AI agents experience and prompt engineering.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver implementations on time against milestones.
• Own delivery of Outreach AI Agents from configuration to adoption.
• Maintain project milestones, budget and risk; secure sign-offs.
• Drive platform adoption during go-live and post-launch support.
• Identify new opportunities and connect teams for scoping.
• Document customer information for seamless handoffs between teams.
• Handoff customers to Customer Success after launch.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering for feedback.
• Contribute to defining initiatives and embedding AI into delivery workflows.
