Concentrix is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager (Remote) to own a portfolio of partner-led customer engagements and drive adoption, value realization, and outcome delivery in AI-enabled services.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to ensure delivery excellence and scalable operations. This position is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Partner/Customer Success or delivery management.
• Experience owning a high-volume portfolio (10–30 engagements).
• Proven ability to drive adoption, time-to-value, and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own a book of partner-led customer engagements and ensure outcomes.
• Lead weekly reviews, manage risks, and drive adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Product to align on outcomes.
• Diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate when needed.
• Provide data-driven insights and quarterly business reviews with partners.
