Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration to own product strategy and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered tools that transform how we sell and deliver engagements for thousands of ProServe practitioners worldwide.

You will lead roadmap, drive adoption, mentor teams, and partner with engineering, delivery, sales, and operations to scale impact across 2,000+ practitioners, delivering measurable outcomes and reduced risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution experience (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and full-lifecycle delivery of agentic AI solutions, driving clarity on requirements and outcomes.
• Lead complex initiatives independently with limited guidance; reason about system-level trade-offs using business acumen and technical judgement.
• Develop strategic relationships across engineering, delivery, sales, and operations; influence multiple teams to align on scalable solutions.
• Manage and mitigate risk; lead escalations; define measurable outcomes and use data to inform decisions.
• Architect go-to-market and change management strategies driving adoption across 2,000+ practitioners; identify new automation opportunities within delivery workflows.
• Mentor and develop team members; establish best practices and reusable frameworks.
• Lead content development and present to diverse audiences; communicate across technical and non-technical domains.
