Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to own a portfolio of strategic accounts and guide customers through AI Agent configurations, best practices, and deployment in real time. You will work with Success and GTM teams, drive adoption of Outreach AI capabilities, and contribute to renewal strategies while staying current on Generative AI developments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to expand credit consumption, monitor usage, and support customers across time zones,

Qualifications

• Technical and AI fluency with Outreach or a comparable SaaS platform.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM-based tools, and applying generative AI to workflows.
• Proven ability to influence AI adoption and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of strategic managed services accounts and drive outcomes.
• Configure and troubleshoot AI Agents and prompts in real time.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and GTM teams on renewals and expansions.
• Track KPIs and ensure utilization and product consumption targets are met.
